Julia was born in England and worked as a Primary School Teacher in both city and rural schools. During this time she continued to indulge in her passion for creativity and knowledge and started a fine dining restaurant called ‘Brief Encounters’ on the platform of a Victorian railway station in Malvern.

Deciding that the big wide world had much to offer she emigrated in the early 1990s to raise her family of four children in New Zealand.

Julia continued her drive for excellence and completed a Masters degree in the field of Human Dynamics and Psychology. Following this and the learnings gained from a Graduate Diploma in Management, she successfully ran her own consulting business working with corporations such as Airways, Bupa and BNZ. She also has lectured part-time at the University of Canterbury and was a trainer in the MBA programme.

Julia began her real estate career in 2011 quickly becoming Rookie of the Year. She has continued on to become a highly respected and successful sales consultant with Bayleys. Her charisma, personal attention, professionalism, strong client relationships and attention to detail sets her apart from others. She is known and admired for her many talents, tenacity, wisdom and wit; she has met many of life’s challenges and enriches the lives of those she lives with, meets and works with.
