Steve began his Real Estate career in 1989 in Hamilton, shortly after arriving in New Zealand from Ireland. The last 29 years have seen him based in Papamoa firstly as a Sales Consultant, and then as Manager for a large national company. Following that, for the next 6 years Steve was the business owner of a national franchise real estate company. Next Door Realty Ltd was the next exciting chapter of Steve’s career, starting a new independent company in the beginning of 2015 and continuing for a very successful 4 years with sales and property management teams. After many years in management and business ownership, Steve has decided to return to selling and leave behind the responsibilities of business ownership. Steve understands that buying or selling a home is the biggest financial decision most people will make. He believes that all clients should be treated on an individual basis to ensure that each transaction is as stress free and enjoyable as possible. He is passionate about Real Estate and loves meeting so many people and making new friends along the way. Steve and his wife Maggie, have three daughters and love the lifestyle of living by the beach.
