Tracey Nixon’s previous background in hospitality management provided her with a variety of skills necessary for a successful career in real estate. Two of those primary skills are communication and organisation - both very important attributes in the world of real estate. In Banks Peninsula, she commenced her successful real estate career - moving from an administration role to sales, then into a branch manager role. In 2008, Tracey decided to make a very important change and joined the real estate team at Bayleys Canterbury (Whalan and Partners Ltd). As one of New Zealand’s largest property services companies, Bayleys prides itself on having the best people in the industry, along with the energy, enthusiasm and skills to maximise the value of our clients’ real estate assets. Tracey made the move as she felt that it would be in the best interest of her clients. Specialising in residential and lifestyle sales in the Akaroa and Banks Peninsula area, Tracey prides herself on maintaining honest and open lines of communication at all times and is committed to providing a professional service for all her clients.
