Terms of Supply

To gain access to the detailed property information you must agree to the following NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) | Nelson Commercial Realty Limited, trading as Colliers.
1. The information shared with you relating to the property, including any attachments (collectively, "Information") is strictly confidential. By accessing the Information, you acknowledge and agree to strictly maintain the confidentiality of all the Information. You agree you will not:
(a) disclose the Information, or allow it to be disclosed, to anyone; and
(b) use the Information for any purpose other than to evaluate the purchase by you of one or more properties described in the information (the "Purchase"),
unless that Information:
(c) is already public knowledge; and
(d) is lawfully received by you from someone other than the ("Owner").
2. You may disclose the Information to any of your employees, advisors (including lawyers and accountants) or agents to the extent absolutely necessary to allow them to evaluate and act upon the Purchase, but will ensure that those employees, advisors, or agents comply with paragraph 1. You may also disclose the Information if you are required by law to do so.
3. The Owner and Colliers (together with its Agents) makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the Information and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner and its related bodies corporate and respective directors, officers, employees, agents and advisers including Colliers (together with its Agents) disclaim all liability and responsibility (including without limitation any liability arising from fault or negligence) for any direct or indirect loss, damage, cost or expense which may be suffered through the use of or reliance of anything contained in or omitted from the Information. You are solely at risk and responsible for evaluating the Information for the purposes of your proposed Purchase.
