Marie has spent her entire career in the property industry – over two decades and counting - gaining a wide range of skills across the gamut of residential and commercial real estate. She started working for residential building company Universal Homes when she left school and stayed for twenty years. Over that time her roles included office administrator, customer service officer and residential sales consultant at Totara Views, Millwater and Hobsonville Point. She then moved on to working in administration for commercial real estate agents giving Marie extensive leasing and sales knowledge from multiple top agents along with valuable skills in the backend of property transactions.

Marie’s key strength lies in her in-depth experience with different types of commercial property classes, which means once she understands what her clients require for their business or investment she can then find them the perfect solution. Marie also works collaboratively as part of the Bayleys Silverdale Commercial team that leverages off Bayleys’ strong presence in the commercial sector across New Zealand. In her spare time Marie enjoys walking, cooking (especially baking), travelling and spending lazy summer days at the beach. She loves spending time with friends and family – her husband and two daughters as well as the wider family unit.
