Beterly specialises in commercial leasing and sales in West Auckland area. She has achieved one of the largest commercial sales comprising of a $30 million Auckland CBD office building in the very first year of her real estate career at Bayleys.

Beterly graduated from University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She is proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Beterly was the National Chinese Scholarship recipient and has also published 6 Chinese articles in City Publication, Southern Daily and the Chinese Youth Daily in the past. She also has 4 years of performing arts experience from Macleans College, was the NZQA Drama Scholarship Nominee.
