8 Newton Road, Grey Lynn: Tonia concluded the sale of this Mixed Use property to a long-standing client for $1.6 million at Auction. Two months later and due to a change of the client’s core business focus Tonia was solicited to put the property back on the market for sale, concluding the subsequent sale at $1.705 million plus GST (if any) by Private Treaty.

Gerald Rundle is the Director - Corporate Projects for Bayleys Real Estate Limited. He has been part of the Bayleys Team since 1997 and he has over this time worked on a diverse range of commercial, industrial, rural and residential properties as well as special projects.
