Mark is a key member of the Hawkes Bay Commercial and Industrial team. Joining in 2019 to provide sales and leasing services across the Hawkes Bay in all sectors of the commercial market - Industrial, office, and retail property.
Since then, Mark has sold a wide range of both freehold and leasehold properties, in all price ranges as well as many vacant or semi occupied buildings, add value opportunity, development land and investment properties. Forced to re-evaluate his future during the Global Financial Crisis. Mark followed his passion for property by returning to study Land Management at The Royal Agricultural University in the UK and in New Zealand at Massey University where he went onto meet his kiwi partner Fiona and children to set up home in Ahuriri.
The Welshman, a passionate rugby supporter shares our good old kiwi values of work hard and play hard. Active in in the community as he is in work, Mark is a proud supporter of Bluff Hill Bowling club, Omni Gymnastics, Taradale Cricket and Carol’s by Candlelight at the Botanical Gardens. He is also trustee at Tamatea Intermediate school.
