Tom has joined the Bayleys South Auckland Commercial team from Christchurch, where he had 2 years’ experience in the industry, focusing on Industrial sales and leasing. He will now be servicing the industrial market in Auckland, predominately in Wiri and Manukau.

Tom is a driven performer in all areas of life. He joined the New Zealand elite triathlon team at the 2008 World Championships and went on to spend eight years competing and living in Europe, Asia and America representing New Zealand. Representing his country at the 2014 Commonwealth games was his career highlight, along with multiple world championships at the elite level. Late in 2015 he then decided to look towards the next chapter of his life, where he now channels that unquestionable work ethic and dedication into his career in commercial and industrial real estate.

Growing up with family in the industry, he quickly learned the art of real estate. Tom is able to develop strong working relationships with his clients and works hard to exceed expectation and achieve the best results for them.
