• Not have any discussions or communications with any other party which they know (or could reasonably assume) is a potential purchaser of the property or might also have (or have had) access to the Information.
3. General
Access to the Information is provided on the basis that Bayleys and/or the Vendor may at any time (and from time to time):
• Vary the Information by adding, removing or replacing Information;
• Amend various documents included in the Information (including, without limitation, the Contract for Sale and Tender Conditions); and
• Notify parties who have access to the Information of such variation, removal, replacement or amendment (in which case such parties are deemed to have notice of the Information as varied or amended).
