Terms of Access

1. Disclaimer and Agreement

The information to which access will be provided (“Information”) has been supplied to Capital Commercial (2013) Limited (“Bayleys”) to be made available to prospective interested parties for general information purposes only. Bayleys and the Vendor do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the Information and recommend that all recipients make their own enquiries to their satisfaction in all respects and seek their own independent expert advice. By accepting the Terms of Access you agree to these Terms of Access. You also give consent to receive newsletters from the listing agent and/or PropertyFiles, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.

2. Confidentiality
All Information whether written, oral or electronic (including, without limitation, financial data, lease documents, proposals, contracts, plans and specifications) is strictly confidential. Recipients agree to:
• Use the Information solely for the purpose of evaluating the purchase of the property the subject of the Information;
• Not disclose, share, publish or reproduce any Information without the prior written consent of Bayleys or the Vendor (except to professional advisers who agree to be bound by these Terms of Access);
• Do everything necessary to ensure that the Information remains confidential and is used only in accordance with these Terms of Access;
• Be responsible for any breach of these Terms of Access by any professional advisers to whom Information is provided;
• Promptly return or destroy all Information (and any copies thereof) upon request or upon deciding not to proceed further;
• Comply with all relevant laws (including any applicable privacy legislation) in relation to the Information and the use of the Information; and
• Not have any discussions or communications with any other party which they know (or could reasonably assume) is a potential purchaser of the property or might also have (or have had) access to the Information.

3. General
Access to the Information is provided on the basis that Bayleys and/or the Vendor may at any time (and from time to time):
• Vary the Information by adding, removing or replacing Information;
• Amend various documents included in the Information (including, without limitation, the Contract for Sale and Tender Conditions); and
• Notify parties who have access to the Information of such variation, removal, replacement or amendment (in which case such parties are deemed to have notice of the Information as varied or amended).
