•RC granted to construct twelve (12) thoughtfully designed luxury townhouses
•365-day VA approval provides further desirability in prime tourism market

Positioned in a desirable location on Queenstown Hill, this is an extremely rare opportunity to purchase a freehold development site in a tightly held residential catchment. The property has consent to construct twelve (12) carefully designed luxury townhouses that maximise the locations potential and provide attractive views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. Additionally, the proposed development benefits from consent to provide 365 visitor accommodation. Given Queenstown's prime tourism economy, this will provide further desirability to any potential development offering.

With the hard work all done, and building consent approval to be provided prior to settlement, this shovel-ready development opportunity is a rare offering. Considering the region's consistent residential growth and burgeoning tourism market, all developers should consider this.
