Simon grew up in the Manawatu and spent his formative adult years employed in the Dairy industry managing dairy farms in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty, before returning to work for his family’s real estate business in Feilding. Since then, Simon has been involved in negotiating more than $60 million worth sales for lifestyle properties and developments throughout his 3-year career.
Real estate is a common language amongst Kiwi’s, and owning our own slice of paradise is inevitably high on the list of things that bring us joy. The meaningful nature of my work, assisting in creating successful and substantial changes in clients lives, is what keeps me coming back.
Simon has a natural talent for clear communication, displaying empathy and understanding with people, supported with keen organisational skills, incredible motivation and enthusiasm, always articulated through a positive attitude and infectious personality. His business is built on communication, dedication, and transparency.
He is also a keen supporter of local community initiatives and regularly volunteer my time to help out with various events and fundraisers. Being involved in the community is important to him and he believes that giving back is a great way to help strengthen and support the places we call home.
Simon, his wife Penny, two-year-old son Archie, baby girl Hazel and their two Golden Retrievers ''Stew and Lou'' have moved down to the Canterbury region to be closer to family and enjoy everything the South Island has to offer while embracing his position at Property Brokers in Selwyn.
Outside of selling property, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, playing golf and battling away on the ski field.
