Property Description
From one wonderful family to another. A well renovated (complete with new roof) and cared for home situated in a cul-de-sac location on the much sought after and sunny west facing Johnsonville hills. Eleven years ago, the current owners fell in love at first sight. It has been an amazing place to raise their family, but now it is time to pass the baton. An absolute oasis of privacy, warmth and light while only being a short walk (or drive if you so wish) to the Johnsonville precinct. Excellent connection from the home to both decking and the grassed yard. It is not hard to imagine the laughs of children and adults as you bask in the evening sun. A large 850 sqm of land allows for multiple areas and uses. A trampoline is positioned behind the home while a greenhouse and raised garden beds sit on the lower slope, well protected. Plant your own harvest this year. Two 500 litre water tanks are positioned underneath the home and set up to irrigate your plants or provide you with an emergency water supply.
Due to a love of cooking, the kitchen was recently upgraded very sympathetically in keeping with the era of construction. With oodles of space and benefitting from the likes of a granite benchtop and Fisher and Paykel wall oven. It will be a lovely place to prepare meals while being able to keep an eye on the children playing.
The main living area connects well with the dining. Along with this there is a huge conservatory. An absolute sun trap and an amazing place for shared dining/kids playroom/whatever you wish. All three bedrooms are generous in size and both bathrooms (master with ensuite) are well appointed. A wide central hallway adds to the feeling of space. Pull-down stairs access a large roof space that has been used for extra storage.
But wait, it gets better. A double garage! Park your vehicles or use this area as your man cave.
Close to great schooling, parks, public transport and more.
Whatever way you cut it 4 Sheridan Terrace is a very special home. I look forward to meeting you here.

I feel fortunate to have grown up in a farming family on the outskirts of a small rural town in the Far North with Mum, Dad, and my three siblings. It is from these humble beginnings that sparked the satisfaction I feel from good, honest, hard work.
From becoming head boy of my High School, to accepting an offer to become part of the New Zealand Army as an Officer, then furthering my education at Massey University have all led me to where I am today. All these parts of my life have taught me skills such as teamwork, leadership, and time management among many others and provide a good base for my role.
I moved to Wellington over 17 years ago and pursued a career in Real Estate shortly after, having now had my license for over 16 years. A drive to carry out real estate at the highest level still lights a fire within me. I couldn’t think of a career I would rather be involved in. Any awards won or recognition garnered is just a bonus.
Outside of Real Estate, I live in Wellington with my wife Amy and my son Kiaan and Bo. Becoming a Dad has been my greatest achievement to date. I am a social person and have a good sense of humor – I have been known to pull a few harmless pranks in my time!
I find great enjoyment in physical exercise; I have represented to a regional and national level in Swimming, Rugby and Triathlons. Currently, I pursue Crossfit as an outlet for energy where I have competed among the best in NZ. Being a little older now, I would be the first to admit it is getting a little harder to compete with the guys 10 – 15 years my junior (especially trying to work through a long-standing niggling injury). My discipline, determination, and mental fortitude needed to succeed in sport carry directly through to the real estate industry, helping me to stay very focused throughout the sale until completion and achieve the best result for clients.
