Property Description
Blessed with most, if not all attributes you are looking for in a home. This may be the opportunity of the year. The current family lived in and loved this property for a long time and have invested in too many upgrades to list (full outline of upgrades is available via the listing agent).Outstandingly solid and time tested mid 20th century, one level, weatherboard construction. Not one, but two full exterior and interior paint jobs have been undertaken in the current ownership tenure. Including 2024. Rest assured it has been very well kept.
You will need to love the sun if you are lucky enough to live here as there is plenty of it from dawn right until dusk. The warmth is well held with a majority of the windows being double glazed and insulation upgrades also.
The kitchen, bathroom and separate laundry all benefit from recent upgrades. From stone kitchen benchtops to the likes of a brand-new laundry tub, vanity and flooring in the bathroom. Very well laid out. It is a versatile four bedroom floor plan. The west facing living soaks up every last drop of the evening sun and is superbly private with a peaceful and elevated outlook. The evening skyscapes are something to behold. Marvelous flow via quality double glazed French doors to the sun soaked kwela deck.
Sitting on a SUBSTANTIAL and usable tract of 784 sqm of land. No doubt more than one house would be on this plot if it were built on today. There is so much space to play with the children and pets and let them roam with confidence. Two gates fully fence in the rear of the property. A mini football pitch or a self-sustainable garden, your choice. With this much easily accessible land you may even want to delve into further development possibilities down the track. Regardless, the land will hold you in very good stead in the future.
Warm and welcoming. The recently carpeted internal access garage with a new garage door is accompanied by a flat, level access and off-street parking for many other vehicles.
You don't see properties that offer this combination of outstanding land topography, 10/10 sun, a peaceful view, solid construction and a central, family friendly location. A stellar diamond awaiting its new owner.
Make your move quickly as the Wellington property market heats up.

I feel fortunate to have grown up in a farming family on the outskirts of a small rural town in the Far North with Mum, Dad, and my three siblings. It is from these humble beginnings that sparked the satisfaction I feel from good, honest, hard work.
From becoming head boy of my High School, to accepting an offer to become part of the New Zealand Army as an Officer, then furthering my education at Massey University have all led me to where I am today. All these parts of my life have taught me skills such as teamwork, leadership, and time management among many others and provide a good base for my role.
I moved to Wellington over 17 years ago and pursued a career in Real Estate shortly after, having now had my license for over 16 years. A drive to carry out real estate at the highest level still lights a fire within me. I couldn’t think of a career I would rather be involved in. Any awards won or recognition garnered is just a bonus.
Outside of Real Estate, I live in Wellington with my wife Amy and my son Kiaan and Bo. Becoming a Dad has been my greatest achievement to date. I am a social person and have a good sense of humor – I have been known to pull a few harmless pranks in my time!
I find great enjoyment in physical exercise; I have represented to a regional and national level in Swimming, Rugby and Triathlons. Currently, I pursue Crossfit as an outlet for energy where I have competed among the best in NZ. Being a little older now, I would be the first to admit it is getting a little harder to compete with the guys 10 – 15 years my junior (especially trying to work through a long-standing niggling injury). My discipline, determination, and mental fortitude needed to succeed in sport carry directly through to the real estate industry, helping me to stay very focused throughout the sale until completion and achieve the best result for clients.
