Property Description

To describe the owners of 19 Cambrian Street as house-proud would be a serious understatement. From new double glazing and a new heating system to the beautifully maintained garden, this is a home you can move straight into and enjoy from day one.

Perfectly positioned for sun and natural light, two ranch sliders open out to multiple decking areas-ideal for relaxing afternoons or entertaining friends and family. The fully fenced section wraps around the home, offering a safe and secure 360-degree outdoor space where children and pets can roam freely while everyday life carries on with ease.

All four bedrooms are generously sized, thoughtfully arranged with two upstairs and two downstairs. The two large bathrooms mirror this practical layout, with one on each level for ultimate convenience. The lower level features an open-plan living, dining, and spacious kitchen area that enhances both flow and functionality. A separate laundry, tucked neatly at the rear, offers direct access to the yard.

The current owners have completed an extensive list of upgrades-far too many to fully detail here-but some highlights include:

Fresh exterior paint and much of the interior repainted
Double glazing throughout, including two new ranch sliders
Some new carpeting
New infinity hot water system
New gas heater
New double oven and dishwasher
Extensive landscaping, including new fencing and decking in places, boardwalks, vegetable gardens, and paved areas
A large double garage with additional workshop space is a standout feature, made even more practical with rear access directly onto the section.

Set in the ever-popular central Churton Park location, convenience is assured with a bus stop so close, excellent nearby schools, and the Churton Park precinct only moments away.

This is a true all-round gem-immaculately presented, thoughtfully upgraded, and ready to impress. One that most definitely deserves your attention.

I feel fortunate to have grown up in a farming family on the outskirts of a small rural town in the Far North with Mum, Dad, and my three siblings. It is from these humble beginnings that sparked the satisfaction I feel from good, honest, hard work.

From becoming head boy of my High School, to accepting an offer to become part of the New Zealand Army as an Officer, then furthering my education at Massey University have all led me to where I am today. All these parts of my life have taught me skills such as teamwork, leadership, and time management among many others and provide a good base for my role.

I moved to Wellington over 17 years ago and pursued a career in Real Estate shortly after, having now had my license for over 16 years. A drive to carry out real estate at the highest level still lights a fire within me. I couldn’t think of a career I would rather be involved in. Any awards won or recognition garnered is just a bonus.

Outside of Real Estate, I live in Wellington with my wife Amy and my son Kiaan and Bo. Becoming a Dad has been my greatest achievement to date. I am a social person and have a good sense of humor – I have been known to pull a few harmless pranks in my time!

I find great enjoyment in physical exercise; I have represented to a regional and national level in Swimming, Rugby and Triathlons. Currently, I pursue Crossfit as an outlet for energy where I have competed among the best in NZ. Being a little older now, I would be the first to admit it is getting a little harder to compete with the guys 10 – 15 years my junior (especially trying to work through a long-standing niggling injury). My discipline, determination, and mental fortitude needed to succeed in sport carry directly through to the real estate industry, helping me to stay very focused throughout the sale until completion and achieve the best result for clients.
