Property Description

Welcome home to Redwood.

Occasionally - very occasionally - a home comes to market that truly has it all. 13 St Edmund Crescent is undoubtedly one of them.

Positioned in one of Redwood's most desirable cul-de-sac streets, this beautifully presented single-level, five-bedroom residence delivers all year sunshine, warmth, space, and effortless family living.

An easy one or two minute stroll to Redwood School and set in a location families love, convenience and community come together perfectly here.

Step inside and enjoy generous, high-stud living spaces designed for both connection and calm. The expansive, sun-soaked lounge flows seamlessly to a large entertainer's deck - ideal for morning coffees, summer BBQs, or relaxing in the afternoon sun. A bright, welcoming conservatory offers a peaceful additional retreat.

Year-round comfort is assured with a gas heater, wood burner, and heat pump. With double glazing and quality sash and Chicago-style windows, this classic weatherboard home blends timeless craftsmanship with modern efficiency. Solid. Warm. Reliable. Built to last.

At the heart of the home, the recently renovated kitchen impresses with exceptional space and functionality, featuring a premium five-burner Smeg oven, top-rated Miele dishwasher, and abundant storage. It's a space designed for gathering, entertaining, and everyday living.

Currently configured as four generous bedrooms and three versatile living areas, the layout can easily adapt to five bedrooms and two living spaces - offering flexibility for growing families, guests, or working from home. The master suite is your private sanctuary, complete with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.

Outside, the expansive fully fenced rear yard is a true highlight. There's room to entertain, unwind, and let children and pets roam safely. Tucked away, a thoughtfully constructed "top secret" fort - complete with permanent materials and solar lighting - adds a magical X factor that kids will adore.

A large double garage with ample workshop space will appeal to the mechanically minded, while practical features such as excellent indoor-outdoor flow, a separate laundry with direct access to a double washing line, and a rear shed enhance everyday ease.

More than just a house, this move-in-ready home has had the hard work done. It's a place to grow, gather, and create lasting memories.

Don't miss your opportunity to secure this exceptional Redwood residence.

I feel fortunate to have grown up in a farming family on the outskirts of a small rural town in the Far North with Mum, Dad, and my three siblings. It is from these humble beginnings that sparked the satisfaction I feel from good, honest, hard work.

From becoming head boy of my High School, to accepting an offer to become part of the New Zealand Army as an Officer, then furthering my education at Massey University have all led me to where I am today. All these parts of my life have taught me skills such as teamwork, leadership, and time management among many others and provide a good base for my role.

I moved to Wellington over 17 years ago and pursued a career in Real Estate shortly after, having now had my license for over 16 years. A drive to carry out real estate at the highest level still lights a fire within me. I couldn’t think of a career I would rather be involved in. Any awards won or recognition garnered is just a bonus.

Outside of Real Estate, I live in Wellington with my wife Amy and my son Kiaan and Bo. Becoming a Dad has been my greatest achievement to date. I am a social person and have a good sense of humor – I have been known to pull a few harmless pranks in my time!

I find great enjoyment in physical exercise; I have represented to a regional and national level in Swimming, Rugby and Triathlons. Currently, I pursue Crossfit as an outlet for energy where I have competed among the best in NZ. Being a little older now, I would be the first to admit it is getting a little harder to compete with the guys 10 – 15 years my junior (especially trying to work through a long-standing niggling injury). My discipline, determination, and mental fortitude needed to succeed in sport carry directly through to the real estate industry, helping me to stay very focused throughout the sale until completion and achieve the best result for clients.
