Originally from Auckland, Robert has lived in Christchurch since 1999 and resides in Somerfield.

Robert has had a vast array of work experience: banking, zoo-keeping, horse training, concrete laying and freezing working being just some of his achievements.

His personal interests include rugby league, where he is on the Junior Committee for Sydenham Swans Rugby League, reading, church, cycling with his son, horse racing (he has been an owner and trainer), walks in the park with his grand-daughter and spending time with family and friends.
