You may ask what characteristics are common to leading real estate consultants. You can’t escape the non-negotiables - sincerity, integrity, knowledge, honesty, reliability and the list can go on…. my involvement may just add another dimension for I can vividly recall when as an 8-year-old going to an open home with my father who was working in the industry and at this tender age observing the excitement in property.

My passion for property has never waned and given both parents are involved in the industry and in their own right very successful I have received plenty of support and knowledge to ensure another family generation will succeed.

I first started working as a Personal Assistant then as a Buyers Consultant for arguably New Zealand’s most successful Real Estate Agent Alison Aitken. During this period I learnt the tools of the trade plus the required professional effort and energy to be a good agent.

In 2011 I decided to extend my real estate knowledge and commenced my valuation degree. In 2014 I graduated with a BCom – Valuation & Property Management from Lincoln University - working full time as a graduate then as a Registered Public Valuer for a prominent local firm Ford Baker. It was the interaction with people that brought me back to real estate with not just greater knowledge but a resultant confidence to know this truly is my calling. I believe the degree offers an edge as I combine the “on the floor” view of the market with statistical and academic property knowledge combining to provide sound, well researched, factual and well -informed advice to all my clients.
