Dale Maisey entered the Real Estate industry in 2014, specialising in residential property sales, both within Christchurch City and the surrounding towns and rural areas. Dale’s skills and strengths, particularly in the areas of communication, negotiation plus her confident operation of systems and strategies, as well as her can-do attitude, give her clients a head start when selling and buying property.

Dale was born and raised on a sheep farm on the rugged southern coast of Southland. Having a genuine interest in farming and travelling, she commenced her career by heading overseas on an agricultural exchange programme – first to Canada on the cropping farms in the prairies and then to England on a sheep farm.

Upon returning to New Zealand, Dale continued on with her passion of travel by entering the travel industry. After proving herself as an excellent salesperson, Dale accepted the opportunity to become a joint business owner of a highly acknowledged Christchurch travel agency, successfully operating the business for 18 years in a very competitive outbound travel market.

Following personal challenges faced by living in Christchurch’s Eastern suburbs during and after the earthquakes, Dale enjoyed a change of pace and spent the next four years involved in not-for-profit organisations in Canterbury, before re-entering the business world and completing her Real Estate Salesperson license.
