She has transacted over $140 million in commercial property and has achieved one of the largest commercial sales, comprising a $30 million Auckland CBD office building in the very first year of her real estate career at Bayleys. Beterly is a graduate of The University of Auckland, holding a Bachelor of Commerce, and completed a graduate programme with a Fortune 500 company, where she built a strong commercial foundation. During her university years, she worked in multiple part-time sales roles, consistently delivering outstanding results - a performance mindset that continues to define her career today. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Beterly works seamlessly across local and international buyer networks, maximising competition and value for investors, owner-occupiers, and developers.
