A five year stint overseas, working with and learning from leading international real estate agencies in Toronto and London, has been a huge asset for Brendan as he is able to contribute this global knowledge and acumen to every project for his clients operating mainly in NZ’s principal business hub, Auckland CBD. Highly regarded amongst Auckland’s key landlords, Brendan focuses his energy on understanding his customers workspace requirements and searching for the very best solution to optimise their business. During his short time at Bayleys he has successfully concluded over 70 transactions and continues to build momentum in the market. Brendan is also a keen entrepreneur. While in Toronto, working for Ashlar Urban Realty, Brendan co-founded Easyfitness, importing and selling fitness equipment from Taiwan – a successful enterprise that he sold to a private investor in 2012. “This experience in business helped me to understand the demands and financial pressures faced by my clients, which motivates me to work hard and to be as professional as I can to support their progress and success,” Brendan says. A typical Kiwi, Brendan is an active, outdoors man, snowboarding, mountain biking, running or boxing in his spare time. Two recent life challenges have been completing the Auckland Marathon and becoming a father - which he thoroughly enjoys. Brendan graduated from Massey University in 2006 with a BBS, majoring in Economics.
