Cameron Melhuish is a Senior Commercial Sales Agent with Bayleys Real Estate Limited. Cameron, who has been with Bayleys since 2001, has a primary focus on commercial property sales in the Auckland City and Fringe locations. To date, Cameron has been involved in over $350 million worth of property transactions. During his time as a commercial sales agent with Bayleys, Cameron has built up extensive knowledge of the property markets in which works. Prior to his current position as a commercial real estate agent, Cameron was a Property Research Analyst with the Bayleys Research and Consultancy Division. As an analyst, Cameron was accountable for researching, monitoring and reporting on vacancy rates, rental levels, and yield movements of the Auckland CBD and CBD Fringe office and retail markets. His reporting and analysis has been published in major national and international publications including the New Zealand Herald, Dominion Post, National Business Review and Australian Financial Review. In 2003, Cameron was awarded Bayleys’ Professional Services Award in recognition of his contribution and commitment to the Bayleys Company. Cameron has two tertiary qualifications from Massey University; a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Rural Valuation & Farm Management and a Diploma of Business Studies majoring in Urban Valuation.
