Elliott brings an exciting fresh approach to the Bayleys South Auckland team. After graduating from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Economics and Marketing, Elliott has decided to focus his skills in the industrial and commercial sector, focusing specifically on the South Auckland Area. Elliott is passionate about all things Real Estate and is excited to solve the needs of his clients. Elliott is an avid problem solver and believes that clear communication and transparency are crucial in all Real Estate transactions. Starting off in an admin and data roll, Elliott understands the influencing factors of the property market and wishes to use this knowledge along with hard work to produce great results for his clients. Elliott is looking forward to building his Real Estate knowledge through the experience of his colleagues who have years of industry knowledge and connections. Elliott utilises the industry leading marketing tools which Bayleys provide and the extensive Bayleys network and business database which has been developed over the past 40 years to add value to any transaction he is involved in. Outside of work Elliott enjoys getting outside as much as possible, whether it be surfing, playing golf, rugby, or fishing.
