After completing a Law degree and Commerce (Accounting) degree at the University of Otago and spending time living abroad, Hadley began his Real Estate career teaming up with Gerard Bligh. In their first three years selling Real Estate as a partnership, Hadley and Gerard sold over 170 properties totaling over $279 million dollars.
