Jess first developed her highly professional approach and love for interacting with people in the hairdressing industry where she progressed quickly into management roles at the age of 22. Thereafter leading into a national education and sales role for one of the largest beauty companies in the world. After winning multiple awards for creativity and management, Jess felt it was time for a career change. Having always had a passion for the real estate industry, Jess decided to join the Award-winning Harcourts Accommodation Centre as one of their leading Business Development Managers, a role she held for over 4 years. Jess very quickly found that she became the ‘go to person’ for all thing’s associated with investment or rental properties.
