Karl Price joined the Bayley’s Manukau office after completing his National Certificate in Real Estate. He focuses on Industrial sales and leasing throughout the greater Manukau area. Whilst being involved in property transactions Karl dedicates himself to putting in the hard work required, while acting with integrity and pursuing his clients’ best interests. This combined with the passion he brings to the property industry provides the opportunity to constantly add value when Karl is involved in transactions.
