Marius is an Investment Sales Broker at Colliers in Christchurch. He is passionate about property and for close to three decades has been active in the commercial and development land sectors primarily within the Canterbury region however also across New Zealand. Prior to his current role Marius was a 25-year veteran of the valuation profession, having experience across most asset classes, however principally focusing on the retail, office, and industrial sectors. Marius has been a trusted advisor on many of the largest transactions within the Canterbury market for nearly two decades. Since his time in agency, Marius has been fortunate to have been involved with transactions ranging from circa $1.0m - $94.0m. Marius was the Colliers National Rookie of the year for 2022. Further Marius was awarded the REINZ 2023 Commercial and Industrial Rising Star for New Zealand.
