About Michael Having built a successful management career with Air New Zealand. The events of 2020 created an opportunity for a change in careers for Mike, joining the Harcourts team, and combining a personal interest in real estate and passion for providing exceptional customer service. He is now excited to welcome his daughter Kellie into the business, as she joins him to look after their clients, exploring options and finding solutions that best suit their real estate needs. Operating in a highly regulated industry such as Aviation, Mike is acutely aware of the importance of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as an adherence to regulations. Having always excelled at creating an environment where his customer’s needs are at the forefront of any decision making, a key focus has also been to ensure outstanding levels of communication, trust and integrity. Mike has been lucky enough to have lived in Christchurch for over 40 years and is kept in line by his wife and 3 daughters…not to mention the multitude of animals that occupy the family’s time. About Kellie Kellie is excited to join the Harcourts team and combine her passion for property and customer relations. Having previously held a number of customer facing roles, most recently as cabin crew with Air NZ, Kellie is acutely aware of the need for great communication, accuracy, honesty and just going the extra mile for her clients - skills that will help her transition seamlessly into the world of real estate. After recently welcoming her daughter into the world, the opportunity arose for Kellie to join her Dad at Harcourts to form a dynamic team, providing exceptional service and the very best care and attention, to either those making their first entry into the market, or seasoned traders looking to increase or diversify their portfolios. Outside of work, Kellie enjoys spending family time with her partner and young daughter, indulging in outdoor activities like hiking, snowboarding, and time on her bike.
