In 2010, he was recruited to lead Colliers’ industrial business in China, driving the team to become the dominant agency in the market with 57% compound annual growth. Nigel chose to relocate to Northland in 2021 to raise his family and enjoy a better work–life balance. He combines international experience with sharp local knowledge to advise clients across the region.
