Richard has been in the real estate industry for over twenty-three years. He is one of the most experienced and qualified agents in the Bay of Plenty region. His skills and knowledge stem from a diverse array of national and international experience in residential, commercial, industrial markets, project marketing to executive global leadership roles across New Zealand, Fiji and Australia. In 2005, Richard opened a real estate office in Fiji, which is still operational today. He was instrumental in the launch and sales of Momi, which at the time was the largest project in the South Pacific. As General Manager for NAI Harcourts New Zealand, he successfully grew this business to be involved in over a billion dollars per annum. He then was appointed as CEO for NAI Harcourts Australasia in Brisbane, Australia, where he opened twenty-seven new locations during his tenure. Richard has been involved in billions of dollars of real estate transactions personally and within his leadership roles. He enjoys nothing more than assisting clients and working with them to create opportunities and success for them. Richard's unique business approach to real estate, his drive, and his ability to problem solve makes him stand out from the crowd. Richard is a Managing Partner and licensee in New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty, Bay of Plenty.
