Richard specializes in helping first home buyers navigate the process of finding their dream property. With nearly two decades worth of experience assisting clients in eCommerce and Finance technology (as well as past experiences in retail and hospitality), the importance of clear communication, optimizing data, straightforward processes as well as meaningful connection is at the forefront when helping people with both the buying and selling of property. Richard first found a love of architecture and design through a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Canterbury, and gained many valuable experiences overseas in Canada, the UK and Australia as well as here in New Zealand.
