For Sally McMillan – a true ‘people person’ and someone who’s always been passionate about property – it was just a matter of time before she embarked on a career in real estate. Before she did, she spent more than two decades in customer service roles, first as a flight attendant and then as the manager of a large retail pharmacy. Here, she honed her interpersonal skills, developing an innate ability to understand, empathise and connect with people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Today, Sally combines those attributes with an incredible work ethic and exceptional attention to detail, striving to deliver a service which not only meets, but consistently exceeds expectations. She loves getting to know her clients, taking the time to understand both their current needs and their future goals before developing tailored strategies to help them on their real estate journey.
