With a vast array of skills, Sam brings a fresh approach to the Bayleys West Auckland Industrial team. After graduating with a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland, Sam has chosen to focus his skills in the industrial sector, specialising in the West Auckland area. Sam is a true believer in the importance of transparency and clear communication in real estate transactions. From his previous industry experience as a data analyst, Sam has a strong understanding of the fundamentals that influence the constantly changing commercial property market. Sam is passionate about the real estate industry and is highly motivated, he uses this passion alongside hard work and integrity to produce great results for clients and customers. Sam utilises the industry leading marketing tools which Bayleys provide and the extensive Bayleys network and industrial database which has been developed over the past 40 years to add value to any transaction he is involved in. On a more personal note Sam enjoys surfing, fishing and spending time outdoors. Sam also loves socialising, talking business and listening to different perspectives of both clients and friends to understand their situation better.
