Susie comes from a career in the media, with storytelling at the heart of her various roles in television and print. She has also interspersed her career and raising three children with sales and support roles for Richard in the real estate sector. Susie’ real estate career began as a licensee, selling residential land in the Fiji Islands. Susie was the leading on the ground sales associate at Momi, the largest residential development of the time in the southern hemisphere. She worked with international and local clients and, with her team, signed up hundreds of transactions. Another international move to Queensland led to a support role for Richard as he undertook the position as CEO for a global commercial property company. Over the past year, Susie and Richard have transacted some of Tauranga’s finest properties. From high-value waterfront homes to lifestyle and city homes. At the same time, Susie has also been selling the Bask Residences in Mount Maunganui. This was a hugely successful campaign with all townhouses sold. For Susie, the best part of real estate is meeting and assisting new clients in the transition of their much-loved homes and helping them move on with the new chapters of their lives.
