Wayne has 25 years’ experience in Real Estate and almost this entire time has dedicated it to the sale of Tourism and Hospitality. Almost half of this time was spent with multinational real estate companies who dabbled in the sales of hotel and motels but none of which really recognised the value of a dedicated tourism brokerage team. Wayne has joined Bayleys from Resort Brokers, which he Co-Founded in 2002 when it was called New Zealand Tourism Brokers. Being in a very specialist field, Wayne prides himself on supplying quality information in a professional manner and has represented numerous clients including Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, ANZ Banking Group, Tourism Holdings, Cook Island Family Trust, Singapore Family Trusts, Dominion Finance Group, Felton Group of Companies, Bank of New Zealand, Heartland Bank and Dorchester Group of Companies. Wayne is a passionate golfer and enjoys combining it with travel where possible.
