Born in Hong Kong, raised and educated in New Zealand. After graduating from the University of Auckland, she went aboard and has worked for a number of listed property developer in Hong Kong and has first-hand appreciation of the challenges before concluding a successful deal amidst various economic situation. Karen has acquired more than a decade of retail leasing experiences which has enabled her to accumulate valuable business and brand networks as well as insightful Asia market knowledges. Determined, agile and gritty are just some of the hallmarks of Karen. She is multilingual, speaking fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Passionate toward serving clients of all ethnicities and leveraging off her established connections and networks locally and internationally, she is determined to deliver unparalleled customer service and results.
